We currently offer dairy goat stock, mostly males since we are in the process of
building our herd. This year, 2007, we already have takers for all of our extra male
offspring. We also offer lavender products in season including fresh bouquets, dried
bouquets, sachets, and smudge sticks made with lavender and other herbs grown
on the property.
We hope to have our license for the cheese company by summer of 2008. At that
time, we will offer artesan cheeses styled after chevre, feta, Italian farmhouse,
Gouda, and Parmesan.

as many of the ingredients on our
farm as possible. We have many
vegetable and herb gardens
throughout the property. When we
can't grow it we usually get it from
our neighbors, so the end product
will at least be locally grown.
We also use a complete cycle -
composting goat manure and feed
waste and using it to grow the most
delicious and nutritious food.
No hormones or pesticides are
used on our farm. We only use
antibiotics as a last resort - and
when we do, we discard the milk
until it is gone from the goat's
system.
