Step One in Our Cheesemaking Journey
At Jollity Farm, every bite of goat cheese begins with the simplest of ingredients: fresh, high-quality milk from our herd of happy goats. In this short video, you’ll see us pouring raw goat milk from a 5-gallon stainless steel can into our 45-gallon vat pasteurizer—the very first step in transforming milk into delicious farmstead cheese.
Small-Batch, Farmstead Cheese
Because we work in small batches, every block of cheese is made with care, attention, and respect for the process. Unlike mass-produced cheeses, farmstead cheese captures the seasonal flavor of the milk, reflecting what our goats are eating and how they’re thriving.
From Our Farm to Your Table
We believe that food should connect you to the land and the animals who help produce it. By starting with raw, fresh goat milk and guiding it through each step of cheesemaking right here on the farm, we’re able to create cheese that’s not just tasty—it’s a reflection of our values: sustainability, care for animals, and nourishing our local community.
