He was born butt first.

He was born butt first.

Not breathing.

Way too quiet.

One of Zygoat’s quads — and for a moment, we weren’t sure he was going to stay.

We cleared his lungs. Gave him a vigorous "swing". Rubbed him hard. Talked to him. Prayed a little.

And then… A sputter. A breath. Pink!!

Now here he is — strong, hungry, and getting his bottle like a champ.

Farm life isn’t always picture-perfect. Sometimes it’s intense and messy and a little scary. But watching a tiny life fight its way in and thrive? There’s nothing like it.

This little fighter is doing so well, and we’re awfully glad he decided to stick around.

His sibs are all doing well, too. Zygoat is feeding them all, we are just supplementing a bit.

Irm’s Girl Zygoat

Kidded with quads on Feb 22, 2026. The last one was butt first.

He was not eating well

Four kids is hard when you only have two teats. So we decided to try a bottle to supplement him and his siblings

His Siblings
